Teaching yoga to complete beginners is a great passion of mine. I have designed a 4 x 2-Hrs. Introduction to Yoga for complete beginners which typically runs over 4 weeks. The course covers the basics of yogic breathing, meditation and foundational asanas / yoga poses. I also provide a basic introduction to Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep). The class size is limited to 10 students ensuring a relaxed environment with plenty of time for questions.
