Yoga for beginners

The Shambhala Shack runs regular “Yoga for beginners” courses beginning October 2018. The course contains 4 x 1.5 hr. classes:

  • Introduction to Yoga
  • Yoga foundations – Day I
  • Yoga foundations – Day II
  • Yoga foundations – Day III

The class size is limited to 8 students ensuring a relaxed environment with plenty of time for questions.
