The Shambhala Shack runs regular “Yoga for beginners” courses beginning October 2018. The course contains 4 x 1.5 hr. classes:
- Introduction to Yoga
- Yoga foundations – Day I
- Yoga foundations – Day II
- Yoga foundations – Day III
The class size is limited to 8 students ensuring a relaxed environment with plenty of time for questions.
